Nalanda Classroom Complex, IIT Kharagpur, during the placement season

The Campus Placements Saga

Placements in colleges, especially in the offline setup, are incredibly challenging. Students juggle between their hostel rooms and the interview venues, from one interview panel to another, getting meagre time in between to handle enormous emotions.

Though I haven’t sat for campus placements, I have closely seen people going through the entire phase, from CV making and tests to the final HR calls.

I genuinely appreciate my folks’ spirit, where placements’ challenges prepared them to face myriad emotions.

Congratulations to everyone who got placed, and for others who haven’t made it to their dream companies, off-campus opportunities are awaiting your applications.

It just didn’t end; it all started there!
